2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We provide standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. All delivery times are approximate references only. 3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Tracking data will be activated and available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier picks up your package. System synchronization delays are normal. 6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

Each bag product is equipped with material-specific care instructions tailored for leather, canvas, synthetic fabric and other common bag materials. Customers should follow the official guidelines for daily use, storage and routine maintenance to protect product quality.

Any product damage, fading, deformation or structural failure caused by improper cleaning, unsuitable storage, unauthorized modification or rough misuse is classified as human-induced damage. Our company does not undertake after-sales liability or compensation for damage caused by irregular product usage.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
